インフルエンザ予防接種費用の一部助成について

　新型コロナウイルスとインフルエンザが同時に流行するのを防ぐために、生後６か月以上のすべての市民を対象に、予防接種費用の一部を助成します。

期間	２０２０年１０月１日～２０２１年２月２８日
受け方	市内の医療機関に、直接接種の予約をしてください。 ＊栃木市外で接種する場合は、健康増進課 （電話番号）２５－３５１１まで連絡してください。

1 小児インフルエンザ（任意接種）

対象	市内に住所がある生後６か月以上小学校就学前のお子さん
助成額	２５００円（接種費用から助成額を除いた額が自己負担）
助成回数	期間内２回

2 臨時助成インフルエンザ（任意接種）

対象	市内に住所がある小学生から６４歳までの人
助成額	１０００円（接種費用から助成額を除いた額が自己負担）
助成回数	１３歳未満は期間内２回、１３歳以上は期間内１回

3 高齢者インフルエンザ（定期接種Ｂ類）

対象	(1)市内に住所があり、接種するとき６５歳以上の人
	(2)市内に住所があり、接種するとき６０歳以上６５歳未満で、心臓、腎臓、または呼吸器の機能に障害のあり、身の周りの生活を極度に制限される人
	(3)ヒト免疫不全ウイルスにより、免疫の機能に障害があり、日常生活がほとんど不可能な人
助成額	３５００円（接種費用から助成額を除いた額が自己負担）
助成回数	期間内１回
その他	生活保護世帯の人は、接種後に申請することで、自己負担額分の助成が受けられます。

About partial subsidies for influenza vaccination costs

1 Childhood influenza (voluntary vaccination)

Eligibility	For children who have an address in Tochigi city and are 6 months old or older and have not yet entered elementary school.
Subsidy amount	2500 yen (the amount excluding the subsidy is paid by the patient)
Number of subsidies	2 times during the period

2 Temporary subsidy for influenza (voluntary vaccination)

Eligibility	For those from elementary school age to 64 years old who have an address in Tochigi city
Subsidy amount	1000 yen (the amount excluding the subsidy is paid by the patient)
Number of subsidies	2 times during the period for those under 13 years old, 1 time during the period for those over 13 years old

3 Elderly influenza (periodical vaccination class B)

Eligibility	(1)For those who have an address in Tochigi City and are 65 or older when receiving the vaccination
	(2)Those with an address in the city, 60 to 65 years old when receiving the vaccination, and have an impaired heart, kidney or respiratory function severely affecting the quality of their lives.
	(3)People who have an impaired immune system due to the HIV virus and have much difficulty living a regular life

Others	People on welfare can receive subsidies for their expenses by applying after vaccination.

Para evitar la propagación simultánea del nuevo coronavirus y la influenza, subvencionaremos una parte del costo de la vacunación para todos los ciudadanos mayores de 6 meses.

2 Subsidio temporal de influenza (inoculación voluntaria)

Para personas	desde alumnos de primaria hasta 64 años que tengan domicilio en la ciudad
Monto del subsidio	1000 yenes (el exceso a este monto, corre por su cuenta)
Número de subvenciones	2 veces durante el período para los menores de 13 años, 1 vez durante el período para los mayores de 13 años

3 Influenza de ancianos (inoculación regular clase B)

Para	(1)Personas que tienen domicilio en la ciudad y tienen 65 años o más al momento de inocular
	(2)Personas con dirección en la ciudad, y al momento de vacunar tienen entre 60 y 65 años, con insuficiencia cardíaca, renal o respiratoria que limitan gravemente su vida a su alrededor.
	(3)Personas que tienen la función inmunológica deteriorada debido al virus de la inmunodeficiencia humana y les es casi imposible subsistir.

Otros	Las personas que viven en hogares de protección pueden recibir subsidios para sus propios gastos solicitándolos después de la vacunación.
