栃木県知事より外出自粛などのお願い（４月10日）

栃木県福田富一知事より、４月１０日、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大を防止する観点から、４月２２日（水曜日）まで、県内全域における不要不急の外出を控えるようお願いがありました。

１　県内全域における不要不急の外出の自粛【４月２２日（水曜日）まで】

２　緊急事態宣言の対象区域（東京都・埼玉県・千葉県・神奈川県・大阪府・兵庫県・福岡県）への不要不急の外出の自粛

３　緊急事態宣言の対象区域から県内に転入等された方々の不要不急の外出の自粛や健康管理の徹底

４　手洗いや咳エチケットに加え、「密閉空間」「密集場所」「密接場面」という３つの条件が重なる場面を避ける行動の徹底

※ 特に若い世代の皆様には危機意識をもって、不要不急の外出の自粛をお願いします。

新型コロナウイルス感染症との戦いに打ち勝つためには、県民の皆様と一致団結し、オールとちぎで取り組む必要があります。県民一人ひとりが、感染から自分を守る、家族を守る、そして社会を守るために、ご理解とご協力をお願いします。

Request from the Governor Fukuda of Tochigi Prefecture to refrain from going outside　(April 10)

On April 10, the Governor Tomikazu Fukuda of Tochigi Prefecture asked citizens to refrain from nonessential and nonurgent outings throughout the prefecture until Wednesday April 22 in terms of preventing the spread of the new coronavirus infection.

１ Self-restraint of nonessential and nonurgent outings throughout the prefecture [Until April 22 (Wed)]

２ Self-restraint of nonessential and nonurgent outings to areas subject to the state of emergency（Tokyo, Saitama, Chiba, Kanagawa, Osaka, Hyogo and Fukuoka）

３ Self-restraint of nonessential and nonurgent outings and thorough health management for those who have moved into the prefecture from the areas where states of emergency have been declared.

４ In addition to hand washing and cough etiquette, you must be diligent in avoiding places and / or situations that meet the following 3 conditions: “Closed spaces”, “Crowded places” and “Close-contact”.

※ We especially ask the younger generations to have a keen sense of crisis, seriously take into account this crisis situation and refrain from going out when it is not necessary.

To overcome the new coronavirus pandemic, it is necessary for all the citizens of the prefecture to unite together and work together through an all-Tochigi effort. We ask for your understanding and collaboration to protect ourselves, our families and our communities from the infection.

Solicitud del gobernador de la prefectura de Tochigi para abstenerse de salir (10 de abril)

El 10 de abril, el gobernador de la prefectura de Tochigi, Tomikazu Fukuda, ha solicitado abstenerse de salidas no urgentes y /o innecesarias en toda la prefectura hasta el 22 de abril (miércoles) para prevenir la propagación del Nuevo tipo de Coronavirus.

1. Abstenerse de salidas innecesarias en toda la prefectura
[hasta el miércoles 22 de abril]

2. Abstenerse de salidas no urgentes y/o innecesarias a áreas sujetas a la declaración de emergencia (Tokio, Saitama, Chiba, Kanagawa, Osaka, Hyogo, Fukuoka)

3. Abstenerse de salidas no urgentes y/o innecesarias y manejo completo del estado de salud para las personas que se han mudado a la prefectura desde las área declaradas en emergencia

4. Además de seguir cierta etiqueta al lavarse las manos y toser, hay que ser diligentes en evitar lugares y/o situaciones que cumplan las siguientes 3 condiciones: espacios cerrados, lugares concurridos y contacto cercano (conversar de cerca)

* Especialmente pedimos a las generaciones más jóvenes, tener en cuenta la situación crisis y abstenerse de salir cuando no sea necesario.

Para superar el nuevo tipo de coronavirus, es necesario unirnos todos los ciudadanos de la prefectura y trabajar juntos con un solo “Tochigi”. Pedimos su comprensión y colaboración para protegerse de esta infección, proteger a su familia e incluso proteger a la sociedad.
