栃木県知事より、県民に対して、「３つの密、密閉・密集・密接を避けること、また、そのような場をつくらないこと」や「東京都など外出自粛が要請されている地域への不要不急の外出を控えること」などのお願いがありました。

Message from the governor of Tochigi Prefecture regarding the prevention of the spread of the new coronavirus infection

The governor of Tochigi Prefecture asked residents to avoid the “3 Mitsu”, or “Three Cs” (Closed spaces, crowded places and close-contact settings) and not to create such environments as well as to refrain from non-essential and non-urgent outings in Tokyo or other areas where self-restraint is requested.

Mensaje del Gobernador para la prevención del Nuevo tipo de Corona Virus

El gobernador de Tochigi pide a los ciudadanos “Evitar los tres 密(mitsu), 密閉(Mippei/ lugares cerrados), 密集 (misshū/ multitudes) 密接(missetsu/proximidad) y no crear ese tipo de entorno” así como también “Abstenerse de salidas no esenciales y no urgente a áreas donde se ha solicitado no salir de sus casas, como ser Tokyo”
