Disaster support information for foreign residents who were affected by Typhoon No. 19 (Hagibis)

The relief money and daily necessities are going to be provided to the householders who suffered the damage from Typhoon No. 19 (Hagibis). The Tochigi City Hall will send the forms below to relief money recipients in the middle of December.

1. Request Form for Relief Money or ‘Saigaimimaikin Sikyu Moshidesyo’, issued by the Welfare General Affairs Division
2. Request Form for Daily Necessities etc. or ‘Seikatsu Hitsujyuhin tou Sikyu Shinseisyo’, issued by the Promotion Division for the Community-based Integrated Care Service

Please fill out the forms and put them in the self-addressed stamped envelope and send them back to the Tochigi City Hall along with requested documents such as a copy of a front cover of your bank book.

The Tochigi City International Center (TIC) will support the victims who don’t know what to do. Please keep these forms when you get them, or you will miss an opportunity to be supported. Please feel free to ask us if you have any questions or concerns.
